Is there a cleaning charge associated with the rental?
Please note that no silly string, well water, markers, pens, candies, or food are allowed on or inside any inflatable. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged if these rules are not followed. Our staff will contact you immediately if there is any issue with the condition in which our equipment is returned.

Delivery Schedule
Your delivery has been scheduled for a specific time window. Please ensure someone is available to receive it during that period. If no one is present and the driver must continue with their assigned route, a $35 redelivery fee will apply for a second delivery attempt. Please note that a timely delivery on the second attempt cannot be guaranteed.

How many hours does the rental cover?
8 hours.

Lost or damaged items
Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged at its full replacement cost. Tandem Events & Co. reserves the right to enter the premises to retrieve its equipment.

Remaining amount due
On the day of delivery, we do not accept credit cards or checks. Payment must be made in cash only to the delivery staff. All credit card payments must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

If the reservation is cancelled?
If there is any cancellation on your order prior to the day of the delivery, 20% or $50 (whichever is greater) will be charged to the credit card on “hold”.  This charge remains as a credit with the company with no expiration date. If you have paid the full amount beforehand your cancellation deposit will be deducted and be kept as a credit if you cancel before the day of the delivery. If you cancel the day of your delivery you forfeit your cancellation deposit.

Safety notice
Due to the nature of bounce house activities, there is a risk of physical injury. Users must follow all posted usage instructions and remain under adult supervision at all times.
